Microwave Safe - Safely reheat them in the microwave. NOTE: These containers cannot be placed in the oven. Frozen food must be thawed before reheating. If there is too much oil, fat, sugar, or salt in the food, please do not use these bento boxes. If the heating speed is too fast, the temperature of these foods may exceed 100C / 212F. When using a microwave oven, be sure to open the lid. In addition, when using a 1000-watt microwave oven for heating, do not use more than 80% of the power.
