The Characteristics of Silica Lining Mix For Aluminum Melting
This series neutral lining mix is suitable for melting Al and Al alloy application of induction furnace.
It is mainly composed of high purity Al2O3, which has unique thermal properties with special cement including anti-veining and corrosion resistance.
It is refractory material of thermal coagulation, being forming via no-wetting vibrate or ramming, no need to maintaining and baking.
It has higher thermal strength to protect the furnace working lining from the penetration and corrosion of Al liquid.
And the gasket without sintering keeps the grain form, which it can keep the furnace from the gathering of thermal strength and the extending of crack.
This series material has the features of anti-veining and corrosion resistance.

It's apply to induction furnace working lining of melting Al /Al alloy melting
Plastics for melting Al/Al Alloy
They are Al2O3-SiO2 basedplastics being with high plastic and adhesive, including great infiltration resistance ability of hot metal. The plastic has high strength after solidified.

Application
It's apply to the repairing and installation of induction furnace working lining, lining top-cap, spout lining and cover lining. It can be put into use in hand-made repairing and basic baking.
Castables for melting Al and Al alloy
YSJ-2 is Al2O3-SiO2 based series foundry refractory castables ,it has high strength of taking high temperature , and apply to the cover lining and base precast of induction furnace.

Coil Grout for induction furnace lining of melting Al / Al Alloy
The coil grouts include Al2O3 based with purity calcium aluminate cement. 
The coil grout has refractories, insulation and easy troweling.
It can well stabilized and prevent the coils' from being-damaged during lining dismantle.
